Manage health and safety on site

The ability to manage the health and wellbeing of all personnel on a construction site is the most fundamental and critical aspect of any project. Injuries and accidents of any magnitude will reflect badly on the delivery team as well as the reputations of the organisations involved.
Assuming that appropriate processes and procedures have been developed through the planning and design stages you should be in a good position to deliver safely through this stage.

  • Maintain a zero tolerance culture on site
  • Conduct regular training of all site personnel
  • Include staff, supply chain, client  and stakeholders in any training programmes
